Our client, Paradigm Properties, is a property management company based in downtown Boston. Paradigm excels at finding older properties and revitalizing them to meet the needs of today’s businesses. Their spaces offer high-speed Internet access, updated utilities and public spaces, and fashionable lobbies.
To help them decide whether to add 40 Court Street to their portfolio of properties, we provided an array of due diligence services. These included area verifications and analysis, broker presentation documents, space planning, and ADA compliance assessments.
